I am so excited to welcome my husband, Adam, onto my photo & video team! He has been working for me for a while helping with behind the scenes stuff and it has literally been a dream. He has completely re-vamped my storage/backup systems, takes care of some of my business-y stuff (taxes, insurance, etc) and has also completely re-imagined my audio set-up (he has a background in music and knows waaaaay more about audio production than I do, it’s a win-win!). Sara & Chris were nice enough to model for us as I finished up training Adam as not just my assistant, but as my second shooter. They hung out in the cold while I explained some lighting/technical stuff to Adam in a practical situation and he has since second shot at a wedding with me and absolutely killed it! Sooooo excited to be working together this year, it is completely a dream come true. It’s good for me because I get to see Adam all the time, and it’s good for my clients because Adam’s brain is an extension of my own. He know exactly what I need shot, when to be and where, and what to set up/tear down without me having to ask him. Everyone wins! Here are mine and Adam’s photos from this shoot:
